Hi! I’m interested in saving up to invest back in myself (such as school) and overhead costs are just too high as a single person for that to be possible in a reasonable timeframe. I’m currently signed into a lease at a traditional apt complex, but if the terms are amicable enough i’d be willing to pay to have the lease terminated to move. I do currently have 1 cat who is shy to new people but obnoxiously friendly once he’s warmed up to you. I have no kids, love gaming and have a terribly dark sense of humor.
