A little about me.. I’m a laid back & quiet person, but I’m friendly & can get along with practically anyone. I don’t have pets, but I’m not opposed to any.

I work a lot, so I’d probably hardly be there. I would prefer the room furnished or at least partially as I have a mattress & a dresser.

I’m also looking to rent month to month or a 6 month basis, all utilities included. I don’t have a preference on looking to rent from male or female. Looking forward to connecting with like minded individuals.
