Josh Guthrie

My name is Joshua Guthrie. I am a farily private and quiet person and like to spend a lot of time reading. I am a Massage Therapist that just finished school. I have a 3 pound one-eyed rescue Dachsund, I am her support pet. She doesn’t bark, she is trained and she is old so she just likes to sleep (pretty lazy actually). I need a place that is quiet, has included utilities, and decent internet speed to complete my studies. I would like a 6 - 12 month length, but will take less if it is available right away. Prefer the Southside and Homewood areas but am open to other areas as well.
