I am very clean very respectful, very quiet. I do have a 13 year old boy who sometimes stays with me on Friday night and leaves Saturday afternoon. I have a small Chihuahua , he is fully potty trained , does not bark and would go with me almost all the time when I leave the house …otherwise he would be locked in my bedroom for no more than a couple hours. Im a student online and a cleaning professional/start up business owner and hardly ever home. I work a lot sometimes til late at night and in my spare time I drive for doordash and Walmart. I don’t mind cleaning up after myself as well as the common areas of the house and I will go above and beyond to make sure that my roommates are happy and comfortable also if there’s ever anything you need me to do just ask I don’t mind helping out running errands etc
