I am looking for a safe, comfortable place to rent! My only real concerns are friendliness; because honestly it would be nice to get along, cleanliness; because I have a huge issue with a messy or dirty home, and mutual respect. I’m a very quiet person and the only company I would have is an occasional friend. But I am certainly not a party person. I don’t use tobacco. I graduated from college a few years back and would like to have my own space.
