I am looking for a safe, comfortable place to rent. My only real concerns are friendliness; because honestly it would be great to be cool with some people since I would be new to the area, cleanliness; because I have a huge issue with a messy or dirty home, and mutual respect. I’m a very quiet person and the only company I would have is my girlfriend, maybe a friend. But I am certainly not a party person. I don’t smoke or use tobacco. I graduated from college a few years back and I’m honestly just trying to start a new life and get away from some of the regular drama.
