I am 27 year old male, clean and extremely considerate. I am fresh out of a divorce, so I am NOT going to be bringing anyone home, I am solely focused on my career and getting my degree while waiting to leave California in February of next year. I’m a home body, I just want my little space to call my room. I’m currently in school and active duty so I’m pretty busy when I AM home I like to just stay in my room, watch some anime and relax / study. I’m friendly, positive, extremely open and good at communication IM looking for people who I get along with to live with so nobody feels trapped in their living spaces. It’s super important to me to find someone who we can talk about issues/ how to make the place feel more comfortable on all ends, cleaning, (I can’t cook, but can do dishes and try to help as much as possible!) I keep to myself, and I can sleep through anything so you don’t have to worry about staying up late/ being loud when I’m home! I only need a room until Next year February until I get orders to a different state/ country! ** I do not smoke cannabis/ consume any drugs, but am okay if you do as long as it won’t become an issue with my career **
