Looking for a roommate to find an apartment with.

Preferences: Looking for a female roommate (24-29) who is tidy and respectful of the space. I’d like to have a cleaning schedule in place and am happy to discuss whatever works best for everyone. I value communication when things are not going right, to prevent any falling out. I’m a very laid back person in general and I’d like to be around someone similar. I’m okay with friends/guests coming over just give me a heads up. I prefer to use a budgeting/splitting bills app like Splitwise to keep track of bills or google sheet to keep track of things so we’re organized and there’s no confusion of who owes what.

Pet peeves:

• walking inside apartment with outside shoes
• Leaving microwave, counters or stove dirty(prefer to clean/spot clean after use if there’s a mess)
• Things that are dropped on the floor and not picked up (prefer to pick up)
• dishes in sink overnight (I don’t want roaches, bugs, or mice so prefer to clean same day but understand if you need to soak a pot overnight for stubborn greasy stuff)
• if we have a shared bathroom - prefer loose hair cleaned up after showers, toothpaste, wet bathroom counter cleaned up
