I’m Joe. I’m looking for a 6-12 month stay in Addison or a nearby part of the metro. I’ll be moving to the area in the last week of May.

In most ways, I’m the ideal roommate - clean background, good credit score and a good job. I’m clean but not obsessive, friendly but keep to myself. Just looking for a roommate to split costs because the rent is too dang high!

There’s one (big) catch - I have a large dog, Moose, a Pyrenees mix. He’s housebroken and generally quite friendly with both people and other dogs, so I’d love another roommate with a dog, and definitely need someone who likes dogs. No cats, sorry - I’m allergic and Moose doesn’t get along. We’ve both got years of experience living with other people, and dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments.

Drugs and Alcohol: Although I occasionally will have one or two beers out with friends, I typically don’t drink at home and am willing to accommodate a situation where there’s no alcohol at the home. My job is regulated by the FAA and I’m drug tested regularly, so I don’t do drugs.
