I’m Joe! I’m moving to the Petersburg area at the end of March for work. I’ve got employment, a solid credit score, have never been fired or missed rent and can provide good rental/roommate references.

Open to rooming with anyone as long as you love dogs, respect roommates’ personal space and have steady income. 2+ bed apartment, houses, townhomes all okay.

I have quite a bit of furniture (kitchen table, sofa, bed, TV, etc) but am open to furnished and unfurnished arrangements.

Drugs and Alcohol: Although I occasionally will have one or two beers out with friends, I typically don’t drink at home and am willing to accommodate a situation where there’s no alcohol at the home. My job is regulated by the FAA and I’m drug tested regularly, so I don’t do drugs. That said, I don’t mind a 420 roommate as long as the house doesn’t smell.

Pets: I have a large (80lb) dog, Moose. He’s generally quite friendly with both people and other dogs, so I’d be open to another roommate with a dog. No cats due to allergies and incompatibility w/ my dog.
