Hello my name is Michael Leach and I am a professional in the IT field. I am currently living on my own but I would like to room with someone so I can save some money.

Right now I am considering either rooming with someone or possibly renting a two bedroom apartment or condo. I am looking for one roommate right now so if you are a couple or have friends moving in with you then I am afraid that is a no go. If you are interested in being a potential future roommate then you must: Not smoke or do drugs of any kind, not have a criminal record, not be a drunk/alcoholic, be somewhat organized and clean, respect other people’s boundaries, be willing to share the work around upkeep, and be not too chatty or loud. I would prefer a male roommate but I will accept a female roommate as well. I also would prefer not to deal with cats or dogs but if they are super good about not peeing, pooping or destroying furniture then we can talk about it. I can live with small creatures like birds, hamsters, lizards etc. If you meet these qualifications then message me and we can plan a time to meet up and interview each other.

I’ll list a few things you should know about me. I work from 9 to 5 during the weekdays and go to the gym after work three of those weekdays. I do play videogames, sometimes with friends and usually I don’t get too loud or stay up past 11 pm playing. I have a musical keyboard that I play/practice with on my free time. I do like to cook/bake at least once a week. When the weather is nice I do like to go on hiking trails over the weekend. Generally I’d prefer to keep things to myself and not chat too much. I usually stay organized and stay on schedule. I would prefer to live with at most one other person but I can deal with living with two other people if we all respect each others boundaries.
