Hi there! I am a newly single, new 30 yr old female needing a new place to stay! Female roommates preferably, but not opposed to males. I will take care of my space. I am introverted and prefer a more quiet space (meaning less parties) but not opposed to having them ever. Totally fine with kids and pets. Alcohol and tobacco are fine, but nothing illegal in my sight. Would love to get to know you but happy to stay separate if that is what you want. Private bathroom preferred but not 100% necessary.
