I work part-time as an editor and part-time as a teacher. I love quiet and green spaces where I can spend time reading; I respect others who want to keep to themselves and expect others to kokua me in return, but I am also very gregarious when the situation calls for it. I am rooted in Hawaii nei culture, having lived on Kauai long-time. I also have a curious mindset that leads me to embrace music and dance across a wide spectrum, especially West African, Brazilian and Caribbean rhythms. I also love classical music from the early 20th century. I like to share meals with others in my household. Though I do not insist, if others are busy or not into it. I love to bead, to hike, to laugh, to share good times.
