I’m a 34-year-old working professional who moved to Las Vegas in December of 2022 from Los Angeles. I still have an apartment in LA which I spend about 20% of the year in, and I like to travel, so there will likely be a lot of times where I am away from the house.

My background is in filmmaking, and I primarily create video content for social media. I set my own hours and usually film videos in Henderson, and edit videos from home. My income is very steady and I will have no problems covering the rent.

I communicate well, am clean, respectful, responsible, trustworthy, chill, and easy to get along with.

I am currently looking to move in sometime between April 1 and April 10. I am leaving my current living situation because my roommate, who owns the house, is selling. She can provide excellent references upon request.

I would like to rent until the end of the year, with the opportunity to renew in January.
