I am looking to split an apartment or other decent housing situation for an adult 29-year-old man. Sociable, working professional. Generally, I keep to myself and enjoy my own hobbies. Used to play card games or tabletops with other roommates so am fine chilling with roomies. Moving to Maryland from Virginia for my new job. As a groomed normal person, I expect roommates to be the same or if they are weird not in a way that interferes with my life. Wouldnt mind meeting new people in the area. Could possibly have a cat, but not likely and it is optionable.
