I am a very fun, outgoing, responsible, clean, and respectful roommate! In my free time I love playing hockey, being outdoors, going to social/church functions, Etc. I am open to COED living situations as well, if appropriate. Ideally I’d like to do month to month, but am open to up to 6 month contracts if needed (This isn’t because I plan to leave, I just don’t like being locked in, in case life happens). Also prioritizing landlords that don’t make me pay first/last months rent plus a security deposit all up front; it’s difficult to have such a big upfront expense.
