I’m quiet, friendly, thoughtful and respectful. I am an independent Professional Organizer and Interior Designer and therefore am extremely organized and very clean. I will be starting a new job in Palm Beach Gardens (NOT Palm Beach) and need a LARGE private bedroom with a LARGE en-suite bath in the bedroom, (not outside the room).

I’m college educated and have years of experience working in the corporate world for top executives, managing offices and supervising administrative staff. I also have years of experience as an Event Manager. I will be starting a new job soon in Palm Beach Gardens as an Administrative / Office Manager in addition to what I already do for a living being an Organizer and Interior Designer.

I’m also a gourmet cook and enjoy good and healthy meals. I used to sing and dance professionally and I play piano.

I’m looking to rent a LARGE private en-suite bedroom (the size of a Master bedroom) with a large bathroom (inside the room) with plenty of storage and a large closet. The home needs to be in a very well kept neighborhood, and very clean and organized with off street parking. There is much to be said about a clean and organized tenant. We are very rare and will be considerate and maintain the value of your property.

I prefer one roommate only that has similar living criteria in terms of cleanliness and organization. I do not have any pets, even though I love them, but have allergies to cats and dogs that shed even a little bit. I would only be okay with hypo-allergenic small dogs.
