I’m 20 years old and currently a Student. I’m currently working in retail. I have a dog but he doesn’t have to stay with me but I hope to room with someone who would be ok with him visiting and staying occasionally. I’m trying to move out as soon as possible, specifically before I go to school which is in April. I’m preferably looking for Female roommates, who can respect boundaries and privacy.I’m very big on personal space, I’m a bit of an introvert but I promise I’m not a hermit. I’m looking for a room under 850 it doesn’t have to be furnished but if you have a spare bed frame I wouldn’t say no to using it. I’m not against rooming with someone whith a pet as long as they clean up after them and as I said before I do have a dog so if you’re animal doesn’t get along with others you would have to put in up when he visits my dog is a Chihuahua mix he very friendly and actually pretty quiet for the most part. I want to room with someone who can Communicate, an example asking or giving a heads up if someone is coming over I would obviously do the same just so we don’t interfere with each other’s work time or sleep schedule and making sure to let each other know these things even If one of us isn’t home just so we are aware. I need a roommate who is clean and won’t leave a mess obviously I don’t mind doing things like switching over someone’s laundry if needed or helping cleaning up a bigger mess but I still want to room with someone who relatively clean. I’m wanting to do either a 6 month lease or a year lease plus an extra month to pack if I do need to move for some reason. I’m also fine with rooming with up to 4 people though I would prefer only two. 👍
