21 but super mature, good at sharing house responsibilities, introverted but very friendly/kind/good at conversations and solving things, don’t smoke and barely drink, more into mature hobbies (outdoors, skills, and geeky things), no pets currently (i want to get an ESA but i’ve got a great track record at well behaved pets), financially responsible/good work ethic/good credit and saving skills, good host and dependable friend, i warm up to be very friendly and silly but otherwise very to myself. i prefer lgbt friendly roommates, who take space but want interactions to be very sweet, friendly, and growing into friendships, with appropriately clean common areas and casual chore balancing, dependable on rent sharing, dependable on roommate conversations, maybe even with some common hobbies to share or some good comfort spot recomendations, and a good welcome to me coming to Chattanooga.
