I travel to St. Louis area to visit twin granddaughters who are 8. I always stay at the Drury Plaza Inn hotel and they visit me there because of the pool. Their family home is in St. Louis and they likely would not visit me in a sleeping room. They have a nanny at home and there is not an extra sleeping room in the home for me. In summer, the frequency of my hotel stays is well over $1,000 (maybe 4X). I would not mostly be a “not there” occupant. I would need free safe parking for nice car, wifi, etc. I am nonsmoker, have a little trouble with stairs but not handicapped. I have a house keeper at home in Springfield, MO so I’m not a frequent cleaner myself, but I’m tidy and respect the care of another person’s home. I’m probably only a summer renter, May 31- August 1. On rare occasion I might need my husband to sleep over as well, but he usually stays at home to take care of our horses and beloved dog. I hold a doctorate degree, am not any kind of political or religious fanatic. Compatible, current, non-judgemental.
Would pay on time and bonus for cleaning if/when I stop renting.
