I’m a graduate student at UK, looking for a hygienic person to split a house or apartment with. I prefer living near campus but I’m open to places that are further out. My max budget is $900 (including utilities) with a roommate.

I am not interested in people with animals but I am slightly open to the possibility. Also unwilling to live with people who smoke inside, especially cigarettes.

I currently live with three roommates and stay to myself for the most part.

Looking to lease in mid-June.
