I have rented a room with a great host but he wants to sell the home. I prefer a long-term stay. I am very clean and quiet, honest and responsible, and considerate and respectful of other’s needs, property, and privacy. Low-key and no drama. Non-smoker, no drugs, in excellent health, clean background checks, and hold no parties. I do not currently have any pets but I love animals and they love me. I have done house-sitting and pet-sitting numerous times, so your home and any pets will be well taken care of if you travel. I have excellent local long-time personal references, and I have a comprehensive background report I can share with you. I have always paid rent on time. I can visit you at your convenience.
