I’m looking for a roommate to move into a 2 bed 2 bath apartment in my complex since I’m still under a lease, located nearby PG Mall and across the street from Metro. I’m currently in a 1 bedroom but looking to save money and maybe a start a new friendship! Current rent for a 2bd/2ba starts around $2100. Other associated costs are electricity, trash, package concierge, WiFi and parking if needed (est $85-$185 additional, depending on parking)

I work quite a bit so I’m not always home and I am clean, quiet and keep to myself mostly. I am single and won’t have many visitors/overnights. I’m very easy going and flexible to work with! Please be kind, pay your rent on time, be clean and honest is all I ask!
