I’m an introverted extrovert. I am clean, organized and quiet. Good sense of humor and I love to laugh! I won’t have guests. Overnight or otherwise. I am a Christian conservative who does not drink or use drugs. If you smoke pot or have an occasional drink, not a bother on my end. I smoke cigarettes however, always outside. No children. I would appreciate refrigerator and kitchen space for my things. I would like my own bathroom with a bathtub. Use of storage area/ garage would be wonderful! I prefer to live in a stand alone house as opposed to an apartment. A duplex would be great as well! I am in search of a Mother-in-Law quarters, or a very spacious area of my own. Of course, I am more than happy to pay a bit more rent if all utilities are included. I am a straightforward and honest person. Looking to rent long term, 1 established responsible roommate only, as opposed to a house full of people. Prefer female close to my age. I enjoy all ages of people, providing they are not “party animals”, clean and quiet and perhaps someone that likes cards/dice or board games. I’m not a stick in the mud, simply looking for compatible qualities of a like minded individual. I seek most of the same qualities in a potential housemate. Thank you!
