Description
First and foremost, I am down to earth and honest. I understand and respect the privacy and boundaries that are a must in any shared housing environment. I am the perfect roommate for someone who enjoys their quiet time by themself because I am never home. If you are looking for a roommate you can hang out with on days off and pal around with, I probably am the worst roommate ever.😒Not only do I love my job being a caregiver, but I’m also a workaholic (it’s genetic lol). I work no less than 72.5 hrs a week and recently as many as 116.5 hrs. Most my shifts are 8+ hours long or overnights and usually consist of a 9.5, 12.5, 16, and a 34.5 hr shift (a total of 72.5 hrs). I normally get home and go straight to bed, decompress watching hulu on my laptop, or do yardwork if the weather is nice (I love to garden). I get to sleep at work, but it’s not restful sleep. So, the one day a week I get off, I am either running errands or catching up on deep sleep. Being a workaholic, I don’t really have a social life, so I don’t have friends that come hang out. I am drama free as one can be. I usually cook for my patient and eat with him, so I am rarely in the kitchen, but I’m a great cook and always make plenty to share with others. One of the most important things that differentiates a good roommate from a bad one is the ability to pay their rent. I work so many hours, I don’t really have time to go spend money except for the occasional Amazon or Temu order. Thus, having rent money is never an issue.
