I am looking to rent a room or small studio, preferably with private bathroom, though bath is a preference but not a deal breaker. private entrance is a big plus as well. I am Clean, quiet, respectful. I mind my own business, keep to myself but am also sociable and friendly. I pay my rent on time. I respect the privacy/boundaries/property of others and expect the same courtesies as well, that being said i am easy and pleasant to get along with. I have a great sense of Humor (I crack myself up all the time)haha. I am not a drinker so will not live with a heavy drinker of Alcohol or Heavy drug users!
