I am 66 years old on fixed income with social security. I have a combined income of $1900/month. I can provide verification of my income. I have been a long term home owner (paid in full), but am now looking for a rental situation. I do not have previous landlords, because I lived in my own home for many years. I LOVE animals and love to garden. I can grow you the best tomatoes ever! Once I am settled, I am looking forward to volunteering at an animal shelter and give love to all of those wayward fur babies. I am ok with others smoking ‘outdoors’ but need to have my indoor air clean due to my recent lung surgery. I am ideally looking for a long term living situation. Looking forward to meeting my new roommate!
