Hi I’m Jennifer its was just me learning to live as a paraplegic.I have done this for almost 5 years. I’ve had a few places I rented a roommate in Holly Hill…My own studio in Ormond Beach…and noe past year renting a room in a house either roommates. I take care of myself and a nurse would come by once a month to check on Me. I have my colostomy supplies ordered every month which I keep organized and properly disposed. My best friend who I’ve had since moving here to Florida in 2017 was with me the night I was riding a bicycle and was struck by a car next to his house he helps me. He is really the only person besides his mom Debra whom was my medical surrogate. I get disability and also food assistance and have an amazon and walmart membership so I can have any needs brought to me… So I’m just like anyone else hun I am a fighter and really only am focused on going to physical and occupational therapy do I may once again walk…
