Hi there, I’m a 25 year old working professional. I have a bachelor’s from USC and work a hybrid job in Watsonville (3 days in office & 2 days remotely). I’m super introverted and mind my own business. I clean after myself and don’t mind helping others when they need it. I am super respectful and mindful of boundaries. I also have a small (25lb) Corgi-mix dog with me who is super chill and quiet.

I need a space to sleep, cook, wash my clothes, and maybe occasionally have some friends over. I have a car but am open to on-site or off-site parking.

I am looking for a private room in Monterey/Santa Cruz Counties for my dog and I. Please let me know if you’re open to collaborating.
