I am a single mom looking for a room or basement to rent inside of a home. I have 2 kids boy age 11 and girl age 8. I currently cannot afford rent in this state without a roommate, I don’t smoke, I’m very clean, and my kids are quiet, well mannered, and very well behaved. I do not work so I do not have paystubs. I do however receive SSI. that is my only income as well as state cash aid. I am desperately looking for something “affordable” as soon as possible. 🙏🏾 Thanks for reading this!
