Hey there!

I’m actually from Nashville and have been fortunate enough to have a place to live for the past 6+ years. Unfortunately, the landlord is starting renovations on my place and will not have vacancy for over 6 months.

I am flexible on price range as long as it’s a good deal (amenities, location, etc). I’m open to living with guys or gals as long as the place is clean and we communicate. I do have an almost 5 year old Australian Shepherd (his name is Cub) and he gets along great with people and dogs.

My work: I work hybrid with a few days in Downtown Nashville and the rest from home. I would like a quiet space for me to work. I can provide bank statements and/or paystubs.

My habits: I do drink but typically on weekends/socially not to excess. I do vape sometimes but usually only when I drink. I take edibles usually to help me sleep. Not a big weed smoker. If I’m not at the local dog park, I’m probably sleeping or with friends!

Ideally looking to stay in Bellevue but open to discussion!
