My name is Nicholas, I am an audio engineer that just moved in from Canada. I am looking for a place for may. I am a freelance Audio Engineer working Def Jam, Universal Music Interscope, spinning records, and many more. I’m also a producer and do Dolby Atmos. my main source of income is mixing playback for tour and recording artists at recording studios. I do have my own set up a small set up that I would like to be able to use in my living space. I’m looking for someone that’s easy-going friendly to live with that is also into music or any creative space.
