Ideally what I am looking for is separate private space without any or very minimal shared space. (Like a basement apartment, converted garage, carriage house or guest house for example) I have nothing against shared spaces, I currently rent an SRO, but the single room option may not to be conducive to having my two cats at a new place if they and aren’t allowed outside of room. My current roommate says I’m the best roommate he’s ever had. I’m quiet and keep to myself. Rent is never late, he’s the first one I pay on payday, and so shall you be I keep vampire hours a little bit due to work schedule and i just prefer to be up when its less ‘peoply’ out. I’m a creature of habit and routine, I love my solitude. Covid quarantine kind of turned me from mildly antisocial to almost complete homebody. Im not a total recluse though, I do have hobbies outside of work. I’ll be respectful of your house if you’re respectful of my space within it. I won’t come in like a wrecking ball, I’ll come in like a tumbleweed. Im not above helping keeping shared spaces clean. I’m pretty easy going and chill.
