I live a pretty low key, simple lifestyle at home. I’ve had many and 1 housemate so I know how to respect other’s space and quiet time. I clean up after myself in shared spaces. I appreciate the same in a housemate. Most important to me are someone willing to communicate, and having some kind of a life outside our house. My job in project management can be pretty extroverted so I may keep to myself at home, though I am friendly, sociable and easy to get along with. Prefer sharing the cost of a housecleaner because it just makes things easier. I don’t smoke, drink on occasion. Looking for unfurnished room for 6 months, 1 yr+ preferred. Date for April move-in flexible.
