Hi I’m Monica! I am moving to Los Angeles from another state. I am desperately seeking to find a room by August 1st. I am moving with my boyfriend, Carter. We are looking to share a room. We have lived in apartments with people before with no complaints. We are quiet and we are extremely clean. Our budget is under $1600 for us both to split. Utilities included would be nice too! We are both students. I am moving to LA because of my offers from the entertainment industry. Please message me if you have a room with a reasonable price and we want someone clean.

Any gender is welcome but if possible we would like to live with males so that my boyfriend can make some friends! But we are also fine with females if the opportunity comes. We would love roommates we can chill and be friends with. Also, want something with parking available. Would also prefer a big walk-in closet since I am a clothing addict lol and a walk in shower if possible. But again I am open to anything
