Searching for team-ups with a budget around $1,500 for rent. Looking for a 2bed/1or2bath near the USC health sciences campus (East LA) or university park area (south central). Really want a space that has a view + living room space for recreation. I’m a Master’s student that has a very creative side (art, drag, makeup, etc) that will be busy most of the time with classes or work. I love rock, hyperpop, and shoegaze music as well. Looking for a space that I will feel happy in and eager to do a lot of interior decoration. Please hit me up if this sounds like match!
