Hi, I am 40+ female looking for a room or studio to rent from May 1. Both my parents are not doing well so I am moving from Australia for hopefully only a few months but I am prepared for a few years. I am a positive, respectful, empathetic roommate. I have had a good amount of experience with roommates and a partner. I clean up after myself but I am not OCD. I may tend to stick to myself at home but I am also talkative, outgoing, and friendly. I am happy to participate in dinners, don’t mind friends over, and lived in NYC so I can tolerate more than most. I love the ocean, Netflix, and long talks about almost anything.
