Single man, divorced 10 years ago. Socially active and big Sports fan. Political friends on both sides. Successful fundraiser for well respected non-profit ministry. Have no pets, but like them. Motivated to keep place clean, especially the kitchen. Decent cook. Looking for place that is at least short term [ 1-3 months] but will be delighted if its a good place for a year. Have plenty of my stuff if needed, but have most all already in storage unit. Woman or man host is fine.Plenty of reference
