I’m a somewhat mechanically inclined 51 year old man. I am 180 pounds, 5’ 11’’, and a firm believer in personal hygiene, keeping things organized and clean. I was a smoker for 35 years, but quit fully for a year and a half. Picking them up again once in awhile. I want to continue life without cigarettes, and if you had a rule against, I would be happy. If you are a smoker….I will probably join you for a couple outside. :) I Like to be asleep by midnight at least, Sunday through Thursday, and I go to work at 6:30 am. weekdays. I have had a full life of experiences with a 28 year relationship that has ended. I raised 4 children who are now grown. After my divorce I reconnected with a girl from my teenage years, it was fun for two and a half years, and we are separating due to wanting different things in this part of our lives. :( I had an amazing life with great parents and friends, before my divorce, both parents died, friends moved, young adult children busy….I had a family and friend filled life, that is turning quickly into a lonely life. So, sharing a place with the right person, sounds better to me, than living alone. I have had credit scores in the upper 700s most of my life, unfortunately my divorce crippled me financially, and my score is at rock bottom. Looking to get back on my feet with shared rent, and a credit check free roof over my head. I earn about 70 to 80k a year but this very unfortunate financial situation has caused me to look irresponsible. I can assure you…I have had an exceptional life, because I have been responsible with money, family, and lifestyle. Thank you! -Ron
