I am a 43 year old male looking for a furnished room in the Des Moines area. I am starting a new job with the State of Iowa that requires me to work in person in Des Moines for 6 months before I am eligible to work remotely. I plan to drive back to my house in Cedar Rapids on the weekends to spend as much time with my wife and kids as possible while I am working in Des Moines. I would only be staying in the room 4 nights during the week. I’m a quiet, clean, and professional person looking for a private furnished room at a safe and quiet location. Private bathroom preferred, but open to a shared one. Access to a kitchen with a fridge is needed, I’m not a chef but I plan to cook some so I’m not eating every meal from a restaurant! Non-smoker, no drugs or criminal history, and financially stable. I drink an occasional beer but I’m not a partier, I’m usually in bed by 10!
