I am a 30 year old graduate student in mental health counseling. I also work part time as a middle school math tutor. I moved to NYC last year to be closer to family after living in Philly for a long time. Currently I’m living in Bushwick and I’m hoping to be much closer to Prospect Park. Most days, I am out and about because my school / work happens in person, but I also work from home one or two days a week. I’ve lived in various roommate situations and am good at doing my share of things and keeping my stuff out of common areas. I’m generally happy to have a specific cleaning plan etc so we all have shared expectations.

I am a fairly outgoing, very friendly ~gay~ man, and am happy to live with people of any and all genders / sexualities. I like to spend time with friends, go running outside, and listen to cute fun pop music. I will happily discuss bad reality tv with you but it is not required. I’m hoping to be friendly with new roommates and hang out from time to time while maintaining our own separate lives. Let me know if you think we could be a good match!
