I have been living in Swannanoa for almost 3 years now and have been loving it but most of my activities are located south of Asheville and am hoping to find a room to rent or a few folks to rent with south of Asheville in the Arden, Fletcher, Mills River, or Brevard areas.

Here’s a bit about me: I am a 27 year old woman (she/her/hers) who works full-time in the PR and Digital Marketing world and heavily connected with the outdoor industry. I work 9-5 with every other Friday off with a hybrid WFH schedule. I also have a few side gigs that keep me active like working as an EMT Spring-Fall at Rabbit Rabbit that require me staying out until 11PM at night. I also volunteer in SAR down in Transylvania County and am gone at trainings a lot. I also dabble in photography. In my spare time, I love getting outside to hike and climb. I also really value my home time since I am so busy and will often veg out and read all night. I love live music and festivals! My bed time ranges between 9PM and 11PM and I get up around 6 or 7. I am a heavy sleeper so noise doesn’t bother me. I could sleep through anything to be honest. Super clean! I do a weekly deep clean of one part of the house, and clean up after myself daily. I do have occasional company come over, I love sharing my space with the people I’m closest with! LGBTQ+, 4/20 friendly! Open to living with folks from all walks of life. What I am looking for:

• A collaborative and cohesive space is important to me. While I value cleanliness, the most important thing to me in a roommateship is feeling comfortable at home. This means open communication! We don’t have to be friends, but I am always down for roommate hangs and cooking together.
• Budget: I currently pay $533/month with two other roommates. I am happy to pay a bit more but bonus points for keeping it in the $550-$700/person range. DM me if you have anything available or would like to search for something together!
