I would like to live in a new or fairly new home and wither a master ed room or a designated upstairs or a wing of a home if large enough and in the case I can move my budget to accommodate. I believe in how you practice is how you play starts with making your bed, being tidy and smile to create your environment. I refuse a negative surrounding and I love to grill. I set my budge which is 1/15 of my monthly salary I will prove up with w2. I owned a commercial landscape company for year and licensed in irrigation so handy man work is not a problem, I will pitch in. I am an upbeat human with positive outlook even on the hard days and I am single and no kids so outside drama is exactly ZERO.
