Howdy! We’re Chrystal & Elway. He is a 4 year old corgi mix fixed male rescue. We’ve been friends since he was 8 weeks old. He’s super social, well-behaved, visits the vet & bath regularly, & well-trained. We’re quiet, expecting a new addition to our family in August, and compellingly tidy. We just ended a two year lease at our first apartment together at Turtle Creek Village in Belton. I’m a part -time customer service representative for ADT remotely, a full time Criminal Justice student and most comfortable on the introverted end of the social spectrum. I enjoy a cozy, positive space and am often described as sweet, goofy, nice, & empathetic. I’m happily in a ten year relationship with my boyfriend, Lou, who is also my age but rarely present. He’s not of a talkative personality and very much observant. He’s in the transporting industry and may briefly visit less than occasionally but will not be residing in the home. The only other visitor you can expect in my company is my father, who is well established in the Texas government and my only parent. Both are always polite, respectful, and organized (they’re my role models). Since our lease ended last year Elway & I have rented a vacation home after a previous leasing arrangement with a colleague failed. Our urgency to find a new property to lease is high. The cost of living has sincerely increased since the last time I was in the home search market and has had no yield for some time. We’d be most comfortable in a neighborhood that provides the feeling of safety, as we take multiple walks throughout the day. We are not night owls. He does sleep indoors with me. We prefer to grocery shop over dine out, so access to kitchen space is a must. I was blessed with a green thumb and love greenery, yard work, and natural solutions. My ideal search is summarized as a stable, quiet environment that is dog friendly. I will only share a living space with other women to avoid conflict of interest. Overall, I’m a shy southern belle that can be always be found with her head in a book. Open to month to month, short, and long term agreements.
