Hiiii, I am 22 years old and nonbinary (they/them). My current lease ends in August and I am looking for a new place to live. Iām a very friendly person and make sure to be respectful to the people I live with and clean up after myself. One annoying thing however is that I sometimes work really late at night, but I try to be as quiet as possible when I get home. I am looking for a LGBTQ+ safe room, preferably, near downtown Chico. The soonest I could move in would be July.
