It is just myself. I moved back to the area from Madeira Beach, FL in August. I have a stable income and I work Monday - Friday as a Contract Administrator for a Commercial HVAC company in Suwanee. I love my job and have a dependable vehicle but I’m not happy with my current living arrangement and it’s time to close that chapter of my life. I’m very clean and independent but I do have an Angel fish in a small aquarium (5 gallon glofish tank). I keep to myself and I have my mom and dad in Oakwood area that I usually go visit on the weekends and my best friend lives in Sugar Hill so if I’m not working or sleeping then I go and spend time with them. I’m a 48 year old free spirited single woman who minds her own business, pays her bills and I come with no baggage (no children, ex-husband or boyfriend and no animals but a fish, although I do love animals)… I am in search for a place to where I can afford and have my privacy without spending every dime of my income on rent.
