No vices, Single with No Kids, No Pets (though I love children and animals), No baggage, Financially secure/responsible, Neat, Clean, High technical aptitude, likes to fix thing, resolve problems, restore and improve things. Have own car. Willing to share appliances, furniture, skills, knowledge, experience, technology, etc. My biggest drawbacks are; I don’t like to cook and I’m allergic to cats. I’m retired from Verizon (Cable Maintenance Technician in New York City) and I now work remotely as an online English tutor and also studying online to complete a BA degree. I am also a musician (drummer) and song writer. I have electronic drums that are very quiet (fiber mesh heads) and am completely flexible about when and where I play them so as not to disturb others. I have raised dogs, rabbits, etc., just not cats… I’m tooo allergic.
