I’m looking for a room and board situation-in exchange for rent, I will clean the house , clean horse corrals, feed & water, pet sit , do house sitting, doing chores around the house, yard work , watering plants and things like that. We can work out the details what’s needed.. I do work as a Hairdresser and in charge of my own schedule . I would keep up on the chores as if it was my own house mostly during the week before I leave for work. I’m looking for a clean room preferably with a bathroom but shared bathroom is ok . A she shed with plumbing works or even a bunk house in the barn works. I’d only be there to eat , sleep, shower and do my chores… I am quite, neat and tidy and respectful . I do travel 3-4 times a year to visit my kids & grandkids in Tennessee .. I’ve got 20 years references I grew up in Tehachapi and am well known , I do not use drugs or do any kind of illegal activity and am looking for the same in a room and board situation. .
