Im quiet and usually engrossed in some project or another. Im helpful around the house and have skills to do maintenance. I’ve been through some recent tough times and just want a quiet place. I love dogs. I acknowledge cats :). I’ve been through break-ins and will be a reliable and hearty defender if needed but will be insufferably full of myself a few days. Im 420 friendly. I prefer not to live with couples or with overnight guests. I have only had male roomies but lay down some ground rules and I’m sure we’ll get along. I’ve lived in SC, CA, and many points in between. I don’t care if you smoke as long as my room is smoke free. I can cook and do not mind making meals for everyone once in a while. Constant noise really gets on my tits. I don’t mind helping move things or helping carry things in. I’ve got good stories and can hold up my end of a conversation. I’m not good with conflict, and prefer direct and frank conversation to reach a resolution.
