The current lease I am in is up in March 28th so my move in date would be April 1st. I would like to either team up or rent a room.

I am courteous, professional, respectful, mind my boundaries, don’t mind sharing, and just overall friendly. I went through some life changes and for the most part just starting over while aiming high. I’m currently in between jobs but I do freelance which has allowed me to generate different sources of income which is consistent. I’m also a Veteran that receives disability and other insurances. So income is NOT an issue. I am a GO-GETTER and Professional just going through life changes, which shouldn’t be an issue. No drug use, however, if you engage in cannabis that’s okay. I just need a place so I can focus on my goals in April and get back on my feet. I don’t mind staying long-term since that would be best for me.

I may have a guest over from time to time.

I don’t mind contributing to the cleaning of shared spaces or contributing to groceries (i.e. staples that are commonly used- I do have a membership at BJ’s!)

I believe that clear and effective communication plus establishing clear professional standards set the mark in any relationship. Just be honest and ethical.
