My name is Chante and I’m a 27 year old female looking for possible roommate(s). I work remotely in Tech and just relocated to LA.
Quick background on me - I love to watch tv, film videos for TikTok/youtube, work out, go out for dinner/drinks, travel and generally just have a good time (life shouldn’t be boring, right?). I’m also single and looking for friends to hit the dating scene with. In an ideal world, we’d be actual friends and hang out, not just transactional roommates. That being said, I am a very respectful roommate and expect the same of any potential roommate(s). Cleanliness is a major priority for me, especially common areas.
I am looking for a female roommate (or two). Ideally >25yo professional who is comfortable paying up ~$2,500 per month in rent. In an ideal world, we’d get an apartment with an extra bedroom for home office but it’s not a must. I’m looking in the West Hollywood/Beverly Grove/Melrose/Fairfax area. This would be for a long term lease i.e. 12 months. Again, my budget is up to ~$2,500 (I need a nice apartment lol). I would love to be moved in by March 20th, 2024 at the latest.
