Hi! I’m looking for a roommate to live with in the Navy Yard in late May. Preferably a female in her late 20s/early 30s. I haven’t signed a lease yet but have a few apartments in mind, looking for 2/2, budget of 3,500/month total. I would love to find someone to be friends with not just someone to live with! I have 2 cats who love humans but not other animals, so preferably no pets. I work in the office 2 days a week and will be working from home 3 days a week.

Just some things about me: I’m social and like to go out but also love a good wine night in and an early bed time. I’m very clean and like to keep my place clean along with my pets! I workout in the mornings and also enjoy a game night with friends.
